"If you own a brick home, you are at the mercy of the masons who built it as to whether the grouting was applied correctly. I had two spots that would leak during storms — a gable wall and a small windowsill in a roof valley — and struggled for years to get someone to find the cause. Frustrated, I called Madewell. Dave came out to assess, found the grout on the windowsill was negligible, and his team fixed my leak as well as my gable wall crack and sealed the bricks. They are very professional, courteous and meticulous, and cleaned up everything. Don't waste your time — if you have a leak or masonry needs, call Madewell!"
